The rising price of coffee and other goods is easily offset by the plummeting price of unicorn farts.

The vote buyer now wants to give people $400/month to help pay their mortgages. What he is doing/trying to do is ridiculous and unsustainable.

And when the inflation numbers are “better than expected” the stock market will shoot up.

We have bought a brand of coffee from HEB for almost 10 years now. It was $2.50 from 2015-2021. Has been around $3.75 since Covid and was $4.88 this week.

I know that’s cheap for coffee but this was a great brand at a value cost. Not that we’ll stop getting it but it’s almost at 100% inflation.

I've gotten a 12.5% raise in the past two years from one vendor.

Haven't gotten a raise in six years from another.

Got a reduction in fees from another.

Meanwhile, prices have risen numerous times.

Just like every other corporation, they aren't going to lose their profits due to what they are having to pay for everything. They just pass that
expense to the consumer. It's up to the consumer to stop buying it and for whatever reason we just can't seem to do that. This is true with coffee, cars, everything.

Its dumb all the way around. It will increase house prices immensely and make this problem we have much worse.

Govt money during Covid fricked up the housing market.
