Supreme court may overturn ruling, making it easy to keep cities bum free...

Which cities in the world have the worst/nastiest homelessness? I vote of course San Francisco, Tenderloin neighborhood...

rid their streets of hobos!

Hoboes, tramps, and bums are generally regarded as related, but distinct:

a hobo travels and is willing to work;

a tramp travels, but avoids work if possible;

a bum neither travels nor works

For the backdrop of Denver to be so picturesque, the homeless problem there is atrocious.

There’s never been a homeless person in Oxford to where I’m convinced OPD just goes full Hot Fuzz on their arse and kill them the second they enter town.

You'd think there'd be some drifter's or something... but I bet oxford PD picks them up for anything to get them out of sight

I’m not oblivious to the fact that they don’t have anywhere to go but, the problem is many of these have mental issues and don’t take meds or are on heavy drugs.

So how can peeing and pooping on the sidewalk next to the door of a business be seen as no big deal?

Or the mentally unstable chick that drops her pants and washes her vag/butt hole in the park/sidewalk water fountain right in front of everyone like it’s no big deal?

Or like on bourbon street and the homeless dude is laying on the side walk rubbing one out regardless of how packed it is.

That’s not ok in any city

It's weird that the government has no problem overreaching for so many other things, but won't touch this much

I think it is a little early to say they may overturn. Per the article, they won't even decide whether they hear the case until early next year probably.

It’s a shame because it wasn’t that way 15 years ago.

Ironically, the cities with the worst problems will ignore any federal law dealing with this. They will claim "sanctuary city" status.

I've never understood the reasoning behind thinking people have a right to set up camp on public property. Those properties are set for specific purposes, none of which are "allow people to piss/shite/live there".
