Our Saviors Church!!
Are you serious. I never been part of a church that’s helps so many people. What other church yearly celebrates single moms and lavishes them with gifts and appreciation. I have never seen an organization rally for the under appreciated and forgotten mothers of our society. The people of that church just purchased a single mother whose house burned down before Christmas a new home. There was a family several years back that was devastated in an auto accident in which a child was killed, the father broke his neck and was paralyzed and the family lost everything they owned. The church step in and through generous donors built them a brand new house and provided an automobile to suite their needs.
People always like to crap on churches but OSC is one of the easiest places to tithe and bless because the shear outreach and humanity that those folks display. Rich Cajuns don’t just give their money away without believing in the cause.
I don’t think any church or organization is perfect by any means but that church does a whole lot of good in the community.

I was raised in a cult that did tons of community work like this at no cost to the recipient. We rebuilt thousands of homes and hundreds of churches after Katrina, Harvey, etc. Good work, was still a cult.

It's cool yall take a congregation trip to the strip club once a year, tho. That's something I can get behind.

Take this for what’s it is but I came across a thing on tik tok that showed people at the church protesting for Mica
Another one said someone was arrested today but no details had been released by police & that it was unconfirmed

People like to name it a cult.

It just nice to be able to help others and make an impact regardless of perception. If you helped rebuild house and meet needs, to me that awesome .

I think the investigation is going to change that.

quote:

Nathaniel Francis’ affidavit also references incidents on March 11 when Mica reported to Horry County Police that a tire on her car had been slashed early in the morning while she was at the Springmaid Pier. Later in the day, when she took her car to East Coast Honda to have the tire repaired, the report said mechanics found a GPS tracking device installed on her vehicle.

Nathaniel Francis said in his affidavit that Mica forwarded him an email from her husband in which he apologized for the “tires and causing damage to her vehicle.”

“Mr. Miller’s email to my sister continued to state that he was angry when Mica confided or ‘put her family before’ him and that made him want to hurt her. In his words,” the affidavit said. ‘When someone hurts me, I try to hurt them back rather than forgive’ and ‘instead of me forgiving you … I just attack and try to cause pain.'”

Yes OSC
The same church that told my sister she wasn’t welcome to volunteer anymore because she was splitting rent with her boyfriend.

she's living in sin. that's no different than gays living in sin. the church was correct for that. however, if this pastor was divorced already, he was disqualified by God from being a pastor.

That’s retarded. Religion is stupid. Regardless of how much “good” they do. Adapt or die. People live together while they date now.

When James Carville gets on TV while wearing LSU gear while he uses profanity and vitriol to disparage Trump, etc. is Carville representing LSU? No, and no one would imply same even though it’s unseemly.

If one could actually identify what the Church is, then they would also NOT equate the actions of this quintessential western invention of self-made pastors over mega assemblies with the Church.

God is not a god of disorder but the Creator of all that is good…it’s the heresies we see in the west today that cause confusion and pain in the hearts of people…as Christ said they’re wolves among the sheep.

Be careful not to throw the baby out with the bath water. Misused religions have certainly caused harm but they are also responsible to the peaceful society we live in. Secular societies massacre people by the 10s of millions. Western civilization and the modern world is entirely based on the idea of individual divinity. If we lose that the world is toast

Police just released audio of her call to them making sure they could track her location bc she was about to kill herself. Plus ring door bell footage along with pictures of her purchasing the gun

Yeah but that doesn't make for a good true crime mystery that the internet likes to live out.

Sounds like the investigation is going to reveal he’s a piece of shite but she still killed herself. Unfortunately being a piece of shite is not illegal.
