Responding to work emails from phone or tablet….

I always find myself deleting the “sent from iPhone” tag so it seems more professional.
Who else does this?

You can change the signature in your phone to match your regular email signature.

Just change the signature, or get a professional email account with a professional signature.

I just send the email. The part of my response that says I'm not in the office would give it away. If I'm work from home I have the laptop.

Typing out “geaux” instead of “go” is crazy

Just change your permanent signature to exclude that.

Not me. I work with a few green text people and I like to establish blue text dominance at every opportunity.

I leave it on there in hopes of making people feel bad about bothering me on my own time.

I leave "Sent from iPhone" in my emails for the specific purpose of letting the recipient know that I responded via phone so they can excuse spelling errors and format changes.

Change the signature permanently.

I also create an internal and external signature, generally not including the full company address. I also respond to people that piss me off with low priority emails.

I used to do it. Now I don’t waste my time.
Also I assume who ever receives the reply appreciates the prompt response.

Sometimes I add it so people think I’m on the road and hopefully leave me alone

Amazing to me how many people don't know this.

Change your default signature. But also steal your buddy’s phone and change it to, “Sent from the toilet”
Posted on 12/19/23 at 7:19 am to LSUguy2023
Mine says “Sent from Toilet” instead.
