1. Immediately end slavery and offer every freed slave free passage to leave the country with whatever amount of cash per year they were a slave but they can never return to the US.

2. Term limits.

3. Ban any and all federal taxes with the exception of an import tax. Any elected official who even suggests any income/sales tax at the federal leave is immediately removed from federal office and can never hold any elected or non-elected position again.

4. Companies are not allowed to donate to political campaigns of any candidate.

5. Federal Reserve is never created.

97.3% of our problems as a nation can be eliminated if the following had never occurred. Hell 2-5 can still take place and the first has some potential applications.
