When white people move into a predominantly black area, it’s a negative..called gentrification. When white people leave a predominantly black area it’s a negative…called white flight. It’s simple. Folks need resources and programs and these selfish Wypipo are taking their ball and going home. What happened to investing into the community? Making sure kids have a healthy four meals a day, a basketball hoop open till midnight, and a smart board.

Do these people not realize how bad it sounds to say that forming its own city is going to deprive Baton Rouge of tax revenue needed for their area? They are saying the quiet part out loud, the citizens of St George have been disproportionately supporting the city of Baton Rouge.
