The Russian Navy is stipulating that all ships have glass bottoms from now on... so they can see the rest of their Navy.

Of course they are going to try to make it like we or Ukraine was responsible for the Iranian frick going to screw his 70 virgin goats in the afterlife. How about the dozens of assassination attempts on Zelensky? Hell the closest they got was just last week or the week before when they turned one of Zelensky’s personal body guards but he was thankfully rooted out before he acted. You don’t hear Russia say a peep about that. Want to know who killed the Iranians? Their helicopter pilot. If anyone has watched the video of the weather conditions for the search and rescue tells you all you need to know. They were fricked the moment they lifted off the ground trying to fly through that shite on level ground, much less rugged mountains. I’m sure that poor pilot’s family will get stoned to death or something horrible in Iran because that’s the type of people they are.

I would say, estimating optimistically, about 40% of the US has good work ethic.

Meanwhile, "political scientist" Sergei Markov alleged that edits to the Wikipedia article on the Iranian president indicate the intelligence services of Ukraine, the United States, and Israel were behind the crash.
I could easily believe that Israel and/or the USA was responsible. Ukraine's special forces probably had the capability to pull it off. However Israel is a much more likely suspect. Of course I am still betting on pilot error.

He was talking about Russian work ethic. So even if your statement about 190 different ethnic groups in Russia is correct, which it is, then he is base labeling a vast swathe of people who aren't even culturally similar. Culture has a lot to do with work ethic.

I made that point to say I don't think work ethic impacts the quality of goods that much. If you pay workers well generally they will produce a better product that is more expensive. The Chinese have a famously strong work ethic and they produce tons of junk every day.
I would LOVE to hear anyone argue that more than around half of our country has a good work ethic though. Its not bashing, its an observation. Some random Kissinger wannabe who "lives in Baton Rouge" doesn't know about Russia's work ethic

possible two-fer alert....
Ukraine Navy: Missile Strikes Sinking One Russian Warship Confirmed, Second Probable
Russian milbloggers seem convinced it was American ATACMS missiles. If it was it means Washington has handed over top-end, harder-hitting models of the weapon.
by Stefan Korshak | May 20, 2024, 3:40 pm
Ukrainian precision-guided missiles sank an armed minesweeper tied up at a military wharf in Sevastopol and likely also blew up one of the Russian navy’s most modern guided missile boats, a Ukrainian Naval Forces spokesperson said on Monday.
Navy officer Dmitro Pelenchuk in comments aired by Radio Liberty on Monday said that Kyiv’s military intelligence has confirmed that the Russian minesweeper Kovrovets was sunk at her moorings in the Crimean port in an attack taking place in the early morning hours of May 19.
Russian news platforms and milbloggers widely confirmed the loss of both ships, and most reported one or more US-manufactured long-range ATACMS surface-to-surface missiles, a weapon Kyiv had implored Washington to send for almost two years, were the weapons the Ukrainians used in the strikes.

Ah so you're mad at Russia because they made you cower under a desk during bomb drills growing up. Explains a lot.

Well, we know they've been sent the longer range version of ATACMS before this last provision was passed. They used them at least twice in April.

I have shoveled rotten corn and soybean meal which smell worse than any poggy plant to clean a ship (actually ocean going barge) cargo hold.

I don’t know about the rest of yall but after a 4 day weekend last weekend my work ethic today is in the toilet which is something that a lot of Russians don’t have.

Are you saying Russia has never tried to assassinate Zelensky or that Russia didn't turn one of his body guards?

Never did that once during the Cuban Missile Crisis, but we did have evacuation drills.

Considering he has chosen something that doesn't exist as a moniker nothing exists to it

They don't want to kill him. He does more damage alive than dead.

X (The Intellectualist): "McConnell says Republicans are responsible for Russian gains in Ukraine"
Q: Russia's army is 15% larger and they have reinforced the 20% of Ukrainian territory that they hold. Is the Republican Party responsible for those setbacks?
Mitch McConnell: Yeah, we took too long. All the Democrats were for Ukraine.
