I've been coughing my fool head off with a runny nose and need some relief.

Don't bother mentioning Dayquil, Allegra, Ricola, water, or peppermints.

Bronkaid

Get it behind the counter at the pharmacy.

Zinc, Vitamin C, lots of eggs

Take a sliver of Ivermectin if cold doesnt go away in 36-48 hours in case its the bioweapon.

Claritin 24 hour is about the only thing that works for me this time of year. If it gets really bad, I’ll toss back a few ibuprofen to manage the annoying cold-like symptoms. Usually works well for me.

Mucinex D behind the counter is better for the symptoms he listed. Bronkaid is to open bronchial tubes.

Saline nasal flush.

I recommend using warm water. Have not touched Claritin or other anti histamines in the last 2 years

Thankfully, I don't have the allergy curse, but I've heard a lot of folks are suffering this year.

I'm just waiting for the farmers to spray the wheat and beans with fungicide. That's when my month of suffering will begin. I'll have a terrible headache and "helium balloon head" for three or four weeks. No runny nose, watery eyes, coughing.....just a seemingly endless headache and a loopy feeling, like I'm in a bubble or my head is trying to float away.

Aleve D cold/ sinus - twice a day

Mucinex 12 hr extended release - twice a day

Delsym 12 hr cough syrup - twice a day.

If not better after 5 days see Dr, for antibiotics and a corticosteroid shot. Most likely will have infected sinuses and need antibiotics.

Note: Aways drink plenty of water while taking Mucinex. It thins mucus and one must stay hydrated so that it can drain from sinuses and be coughed up.
