The sales were few and far between today. First time I’ve been out this year.
I spent a total of $55

$5 - bag of jewelry pieces that had some sterling in it

$15 - 2000 NC team signed baseball, including Wally Pontiff.

$35 - signed and numbered George Rodrigue print. Sad thing is, it has water damage along the border. I went back and forth on this one. After I saw the damage, I put it back down, then after5 mins of debating with myself, I grabbed it.

There are experts who can remove the water stains (if they are embedded too badly in the paper and it does not appear from the photo that they are).

I have removed water strains from train boxes. But, if the water has caused to paper to separate or crinkle, you may not be able to do it. The trick is to remove the strain without fading the white paper out too much so it doesn't match the non-repaired portion.

A curator I know, however, says that if the water strains are on the border, maybe a stylish rematting should be the "repair." Someone would have to be creative since the new matting would have to cover the entire top border.

Luckily the stain is just surface, paper is barely wavy in a couple places. I’m not going to worry about it. Gonna sell it as-is.

I would think putting any money in restoring would not be worth it.
Subject matter is not that desirable and its visibly damaged.

How much for the OG RHCP dangle?

You can keep the "Boys Club" print. Too much of a pedo vibe.

Someone with the patience to correctly move the stains should pay a good price for it.

My father’s has that exact same painting in great condition. It’s either hanging up in an office somewhere or in a closet…I can’t remember

that flue player from the jewelry bag is Kokopelli, the Jody of his time. Kokopelli is a prehistoric fertility deity and god of the harvest. He traveled about knocking up anything with a pulse

Antique, I have that same Rodrigue print in my house. Signed but not numbered. Wife used to work for Boys and Girls Club.

Any idea what it’s worth?
