Do you show up early/on time or late usually?

I despise late people.

For those who are consistently late, why are you? These types seem to not understand how repulsive they are to the rest of society.

Early if I need to do any prep, secure a table for the group, am unsure of where I’m going, etc.

Right on time if I can hit the ground running

Late people are saying, "my time is more important than your time".

I agree. They don't view it that way. They have no idea how repulsive they are.

Early

I like to prepare and leave time in case there’s bad traffic or something out there

You can always just chill in your car and play on your phone or whatever until
It’s the designated time

Being late and the thought of being late gives me horrible anxiety

My mother was chronically late which really annoyed me, so I'm always 5-10 minutes early for everything.

Never know about traffic, parking issues, or simply needing time for a good dump before the day begins.

Did she ever share thoughts with you on this topic? I've heard they struggle estimating how long things take.

On time.

I don't like it when people show up early or late, so I don't do it.

I'm early for everything. I despise being late.

It's why I hate back-to-back meetings. If it starts at 1pm, I need to be there at 12:55

If I say I'll be there at 8 a.m., I'm out in your driveway a few minutes before 8.

I too hate people who aren't prompt when they set a time to meet me somewhere.

Anyone can be late from time to time due to extenuating circumstances, but if you are habitually late, that's on you and only you.

Depends

People I don’t know — early

People that I know are punctual — early / on-time

One of my dipshit friends that some how manages to perpetually be perfectly 5-10 min late, always — on-time, but often late

Showing up “on time” means showing up late.

Early is late to me, but my anxiety is what makes me think that.

It definitely stresses me out to not be early to something
