He's picking up the packages from somewhere so he could very easily know what it is. If it's from fricking Ed's towels then he probably knows it's towels. He could pick up from that location daily. He could've just talked to the person he picked the packages up from and they told him what it was.

Exactly. Pretty much every package shipped gets tossed around AT LEAST as much as that in the distribution centers and/or in transit. That’s basically what the cardboard box protects against. This guy has to at least have the awareness not to do it in broad view of the public for the sake of his employment though.
