I used to eat only egg whites until I found out all the nutrients are in the yolks. Now I eat the whole egg.

I have found quite a few double yolk eggs while cooking, but I have never found a double yolk boiled egg.

If you are just eating a few eggs a day then yeah but some people do like 12 eggs a day so that’s a lot of fat/cholesterol so I can see cutting out some of the yolks.

Egg whites have agreat ratio of protein to calories. I always add some to regular eggs when scrambling.
