Stuck in it now. A good 5 miles back. Traffic didn't slow and Waze didn't say anything until after the point of no return.

looking at a one lane basin bridge till that's fixed assuming they don't find any other damage
that bridge was not designed for the truck traffic it gets these days
maybe they need to start making all truck traffic use 190 especially on rainy days
