Low ceiling player whose floor was lower than anyone in the front office realized.
He'll stay on the roster for 2 years longer than he otherwise would because said front office won't want to admit their error...again.

He will be non-existent for 3 1/2 years. Then the coaches will figure out how to use him correctly and he will go off. Then he will sign with the Eagles.

I never judge DEs after year 1. Cam Jordan looked destined for a trade to a 3-4 team after his first year. DE seems like the type of spot that it takes a while for the lights to come on for most guys.

Are you serious? Foskey is the first DE that we drafted for speed. He is only 265 pounds. He couldn't play inside on a college football team.

For Foskey's sake, he better show something. He has every opportunity to get playing time and I'll reserve judgment when the season starts to play out.
I hope he can put something together to just be a solid contributor. Expectations are low after a rookie year where I forgot he was on the team.

From what I've heard Foskey's problem wasn't talent, it was knowing where to be and what to do. Which in itself may be a sign of problems, but by all accounts he has the cape by cannot fly.
I expect to see him take a step forward in the playbook and his processing at game speed. The jury is still out on his ceiling but IMO he could develop into a solid situational pass rush specialist but I doubt he can become a complete DE in the NFL. .

High draft pick that might be solid addition at some point in his career.
Was NOT worth a 2nd round pick but maybe a 4th rounder.

Shoulda picked Branch like I said. Nickel position would be locked up for a decade. Or probably could have taken over at safety.
Still young, maybe he turns it around. But not a good look when guys off the street were getting snaps ahead of him last year.
