The only draft pick whose signing pic is not here is Kool-Aid McKinstry... though they do have pics of him arriving at the training facility... so he is in town

I'd also like to say that thank God that the days of rookie contract negotiations causing holdouts in training camp are over

Not Super surprising that a nice young man named Kool Aids, is the biggest pain in the arse trying to negotiate something that essentially isn’t negotiable.

This is the right answer. Agents are trying to get creative under the existing CBA that essentially slots values, so they are pushing for larger signing bonuses and more guaranteed money in the fourth year of the contract. Once a few of the earlier 2nd round picks sign, the dominos begin to fall.
