I think it’s dumb to act like he’s reached his ceiling or he’s incapable of improving quickly. Or that he hasn’t done a solid job coaching this year. He’s fine, could be better and likely will be as he continues to learn.

This statement is exactly what I mean when im stating you’re not accepting his faults and issues this year. National media have questioned his rotations. I don’t think hes done a solid job this year at all.

And here comes the personal insults when someone tries to point out your contradictory statements.
That basically means you’re done trying to argue and now are just pissed. But you did solid job with your arguments but you have plenty to be desired.

Here, I’ll be more clear despite this being a remarkable waste of time:
Willie, in my opinion, has been solid this year. For his career, I believe he’s overachieved. Now, that being said, there are things I believe he can improve on to become a better head coach. Fortunately, I believe that coaches (particularly young coaches) learn just like young players and should be afforded the opportunity to grow. Acknowledging some things I believe he can improve upon is not me saying that he isn’t a good coach. On the contrary, I believe he is doing just fine and I fully expect him to improve upon these perceived weaknesses.

Lol if someone accuses you of deflecting- you’re response is basically saying they’re dumb?
By the way I understand your reasoning. I just wholeheartedly disagree. I think personally if you have that many things to improve on- you’re not doing a solid job coaching.

Willie definitely shouldn't be fired right now, but if he doesn't learn very soon to play the shooter lineups because we're better on offense AND defense with every iteration of the shooter lineups, he'll be one of the chief reasons this team isn't meeting their true potential.
