Part of the rumor mill so taking with multiple truckloads of salt, but, hey, I like our name out there.

Ask yourself as a Pels fan how many first rd picks you'd ask for if we were trading BI by himself. Then apply that to your offer for Dame with BI involved.
If we are adding BI to this deal then we aren't giving them 4 first rd picks too. We'd lose that trade every damn time and I don't care how good Dame is.

yeah i was thinking ingram/bledsoe and a 1st, maybe our pick this year
the biggest difference in the AD/George trades and this one would be BI is a proven, real deal All Star in 2021
when we acquired him? all potential
when OKC acquired SGA? all potential

Is he though? AD can't carry a team Dame can, Dame is the most clutch player in the league and can get his own shot. Plus Dame has 4 years left on his deal AD had 1.
Truthfully it's amazing we got as much as we did for AD the way he tried to screw us.

Not really when you consider he is yours for 4 years and is a borderline top 5 player. Best clutch player in the league.
Keeping in mind he so far isn’t(and really can’t) poison the well of teams that can trade for him, guaranteeing a bidding war.

The Blazers roster sucks. If I am giving up BI then I want them to take Bledsoe and give us Covington. I also don’t see why we have to come off too many 1st round picks.
Lillard makes a shite load of money and the Pels would be giving them a young cheap western all-star.
