It doesn’t need to be in the locker room, it needs to be in Gayle’s bedroom, car, kitchen, her office wherever she works out of, etc etc. I’m afraid she wouldn’t understand what it means though. She would probably have to ask Griff and he’d say it’s all compliments

I hate to break it to you guys. But posters on this board have more interest and passion for the pelicans than she does. I honestly think she doesn’t care. Again this is what happens to an organization when you have a disinterested owner.

I think she cares (to a certain degree), I just don’t think she has a clue, and the people she’s taking advise from have significant short comings.

Yeah I agree she cares we win but other than that like you said no idea how to do that as an owner or what she can do to actively help. And yeah the people she takes advise from are just looking out for themselves not this organization.

I think Loomis "relinquished" his control to Griffin when hired, but Lauscha is still president. Apparently that role is over facility operations and marketing, which we do the bare minimum for. Should change the name from "the Blender" to the "McDonald's Milkshake Machine."
