Any other Blackberry Smoke fans?

I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without getting into this band. They are absolutely incredible! As I’m going through each record they’ve done, I’m trying to find a not so good one, and I can’t find one like that yet.
Anyway, that’s it. Just curious if any of y’all like them too.

I dig em. Can't say I've gone into their deep cuts, but I like what I've heard. They played in Lake Charles last year, and I was pretty bummed that I had to be out of town that weekend

A true band of the people with good guitar work. I travel to Maryville TN ever year for the Brothers and Sisters reunion at The Shed

Yes- go see them live if you get the chance. Great live band. And their guitar player enjoys his job more than anyone else I’ve ever seen. The smile never leaves his face all night.

Ive tried to get into them because they seem like they would be right up my alley.
Unfortunately, I find them kinda boring and contrived.

That style of music isn’t meant to be flashy. It’s southern rock with great hooks. Kind of like Black Crowes. It’s supposed to be laid back.

It's not the style of music. It's the need for a singer who can emote as well as they play.

Gonna respectfully disagree. I think the singer does a great job considering he plays guitar as well.

I can appreciate that. 
Lord knows I find it hard to do both. It's more a want for more individuality in vocals, not to single out this band, a desire to hear a voice that's different and unique. I don't get an utterance, manner, or style where you immediately know it's Blackberry smoke. And yep, that easily goes both ways.
And no I don't dislike these guys, even listen to them some, just not a fan.

Ive been a Black Crowes fan since like 93 and I dont find Blackberry Smoke to be anywhere near as good as the crowes.

I’ve been a fan since 88, and I would say they are. But I was talking about the style of music (laid back southern stoner rock). Steve Gorman is a huge fan of them.

i like them and find they are similar to the Crowes as well.
Kinda a blend of Crowes southern rock and Whiskey Myers southern country rock.
