Thoughts on Sasquatch Sunset

I’m watching it right now. I have come very close to walking out multiple times.
It’s gross. It’s super gross. Like embarrassing to be watching gross. Lots of monkey erections.
Pissing and shitting.
No dialogue.
It’s not without some merit. It’s kinda funny and kinda touching movie. But it’s a weird movie. There’s a running joke that the female Sasquatch’s vagina smells bad…
I’m glad movies like this exist that are super niche and odd and experimental. But this one wasn’t quite for me

I’m imagining you and a few others sitting in a mostly empty theater occasional glancing at each other for whatever reaction (or just to see who’s left) while Jesse Eisenberg is on the screen with a monkey boner throwing his shite.

I don’t know if it’s better or worse that I was the only one in the theater.
At one point the staff came in to check to see if anyone was watching the movie and I was even embarrassed at that. That was one of the scenes where young Sasquatch is doing hand puppet talking to himself
