Came across this movie on Netflix and did a rewatch and man the acting of McAvoy is phenomenal. To be able to change body language, expression, and accent at the drop of a hat is impressive. I have never seen Unbreakable or Glass so now I know what I will be watching when I have free time.

Just rewatched it myself, and thought the exact same thing. He did an amazing job.

Always liked Unbreakable, the acting is top notch in that one too. Split might be the best of the series but he failed with Glass. Such anticipation and potential after Split and it delivered zero payoff.

Pretty spot on assessment here. I always felt like Unbreakable was very underrated, and got a well deserved second look from folks after Split.

I agree about Unbreakable. I may have been living under a rock on the time, but I just stumbled upon it on HBO or the like and I really enjoyed it.

I've seen Unbreakable and Split. Both are really good. I can't make myself watch Glass. I'm not quite sure why.

Damn that's unfortunate to hear. Was hoping it would be a good way to end the trio.

Unbreakable is one of my favorite movies. Great performances, just a great film.

Agree about Split, McAvoy was amazing, also a great film.

I enjoyed Glass, although the ending didn't quite hit.

I recently watched all three for the first time. I thought Unbreakable was a little slow, but okay. I thought Split was really good, and McAvoy was incredible. And I enjoyed the way Glass tied them both together, and really liked how the ending turned out.

I went into it knowing absolutely nothing about the trilogy other than who the actors were. After watching, I google searched for a M/TV Board thread about it, and there were a couple, and it seemed like the majority here didn't care for the movies, which I disagree with.

Don’t ever do it. Let me sum up the plot for you: Mr. Glass brings about the deaths of every super human he knows to exist, in order to make his video go viral.

Split is great and McAvoy should have gotten some award consideration. He is excellent.

I liked Glass just not the ending. I really dislike Sarah Paulson in most everything. Again, McAvoy was amazing in his role.

I loved all the personalities he had.

Watched Unbreakable last night and damn I was not expecting that ending at all. Caught me totally off guard and made the movie 100x better. Would have been a little disappointed in it if it weren't for that. Blew my mind.
