Started this a few days ago and I like it so far. I am impressed with Apple TV and most of the shows I have watched on the platform. Hoping Silo continues it's path and doesn't stumble down the stretch!

It’s a great show. You will be on the edge of your seat during the last episode and the final scene is a huge, huge revelation.

It was a little slow during the middle episodes but the final 2 or 3 pick back up. One hell of a cliff hanger. I can not wait for season 2

I'm honestly baffled when people call this a great show. It's so different from the book and Common is so bad that it takes me out of every scene he's in. I love Ferguson but a lot of the dialogue in the show is just not up to par.

I do agree with you on Common, he is terrible but I don’t let it ruin the show for me.

I was not a book reader either so I’m a clean slate. I get that a fan of the books may feel different about the show but I love the intrigue of it.

It's no Blackbird, but it also is not terrible.

It's an easy-to-watch dystopian mystery drama. Not a lot of guesswork, just sit back and enjoy.

Turned me on to the books which were great reads (the last short story from the trilogy books sucked)

They are doing alright adapting it with the "necessary" additions/changes.

Next season should be really good (fingers crossed)

Bonus: the books have some technical mechanical aspects with machinery I would love to see incorporated into the show.

Yeah that's what I was thinking while i was enjoying this show.
I wonder if this is just like the book that I didn't know existed or care about?

People think it was a great show, b/c it was. and yes Common is a terrible actor.
