The two actors headlined 2019’s “Captain Marvel,” which was review bombed by trolls for featuring Larson’s female superhero in a leading role.
No. Its because Larson is insufferable, and she had all the charisma of a wet paper bag in that movie.

I compare her role in CM to Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot managed to capture power and femininity in a wonderful way. Nobody came away from WW thinking that Gal Gadot was a raging B.
This.
Everyone loves Gal Godot.
Hell, the same fans love ScarJo, Florence Pugh, Elizabeth Olson, Tilda Swinton, Zoe Saldana, and Karen Gillan in their Marvel roles.
People don’t like Brie Larson because she let her fame and Oscar win go to her head. She’s smug, arrogant, and rude. She revealed herself to be an unlikeable person.

I’m not that familiar with her other work. In her defense, the movie script insisted that her character act without emotion. Every other scene was Jude Law barking at her to control her emotions.

All I can remember of her as Captain Marvel was a number of other Marvel actors looking pretty uncomfortable sitting next to her during the press circuit interviews. Like they fricking hated her.

Hollywood expects you to support anyone they prop up regardless if they have charisma or are a likable person. If you don't then you're the problem because they are all knowing wise people changing the world.

Man, that's classic. You do know "parrot" is also a verb, right? What an idiot.
As for SLJ, when someone tries to blame anything on "incels" I immediately make assumptions that they are idiots and full of shite. Just using the word incel is already a red flag for me. But then blaming all of your problems on a fictitious group of people instead of recognizing why people can't stand Brie Larson is top-level Hollywood liberal idiocy.
I didn't even see the Captain Marvel movie, because it wasn't my cup of tea. But this is why I can't stand her as CM:
She delivered those two lines with the charisma of a wet fart, and completely stood out as bad in a movie filled with CGI bullshite. It seems like it shouldn't be hard to act your way through a superhero movie, and most people involved did a great job. But man she sucked hard in Endgame even in the very limited screen time she had.

Being an extreme Leftist doesn’t make a woman strong. It makes them ignorant.

You have to be a bad motherfricker now.’ Then, when she got ‘Captain Marvel,’ she called me and was like, ‘They want me in the Marvel Universe. Should I do it?’ And I was like, ‘frick yeah! Let’s do this goddamn shite!'”

It's amazing how journalists have slowly become allowed to state things like this as if they are facts and not opinions or theories. It wasn't that long ago that most articles would add at least a "many believe" before a line like that (which is still weak shite journalism), but now it's just straight up made into a fact.

I know exactly what parrot means dude.
I just was unaware that "education" is some singular entity that only the left has control over.

I think "academia" or "the intelligentsia" is what was being referred to in this context, and the left certainly has dominance in that world.
