What is the A&M/Texas beef exactly? It’s kind of insane if they will let Tejas run them from a conference they were in first if true

Texas typically beats A&M on the field when they play and throws their weight around off the field. A&M was fed up with it and bolted to the SEC. Now we’re going back to the norm next season and Aggies are butt hurt about it.

A&M/Texas really should play every year. It’s a good rivalry.

Glad we can be in agreement here for once.

Sometimes you gotta say hey we tried we just don’t work together and go our separate ways. Glad we could figure it out before there were any championships involved and we have to sort out trophy custody.

Hope the big ten works out for y’all and y’all find what y’all are looking for

Yep. Little bro wasn’t helping the league so we got big bro. No offense was intended but if it was taken it ain’t called show friends.

And in leaving the SEC we would be leveraging it for a bigger and better conference full of actual contemporaries like UM and Ohio State

So don't worry. No offense taken

Why is it that Aggie can’t help stepping on their own d*ck?

It’s an annual occurrence

If it’s not Rumlin, it’s extending a garbage coach then firing him. Da frick Ags?

Cause the longhorns and aggies are rivals. Plus Texas a&m didn't want to be in the shadow and be little brother to texas and left to join the sec and wanted to be the only texas school in conference now they don't have that advantage in recruiting now with the longhorns joining the conference.

I thought the point of switching conferences was to move up?

TAMU is an undesirable fit for the BIG10 brass.

But technically it would be a move up.with the amount of money they'd be getting.....if offered, they'd probably accept.

Yep, they should swoop in and snatch up both programs, that’ll show the SEC who’s boss…haha..

Rivals? A&M is more like their scared punching bag. They won't win shite in the B1G, just like in the SEC

Yeah rivalries typically don't have one team winning 2/3rd of the time
