He's had his struggles in AAA as he expands his pitching arsenal.

I'm not sure why everyone is shocked. It's Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN and that's an automatic L for the Braves.

AJSS is getting rocked at AAA, he needs to stay there for the year and develop. Never should have been brought up to begin with last season.

Waldrep would probably be the better play of those two, but I'd just roll with Elder or one of the other retreads right now.

We’re obviously treading water right now, but it’s a long season. Hopefully we can put some wins together and find some offensive rhythm before October.

I think the issue is a little bit deeper than "it's Sunday Night Baseball"

We have one hitter with an OPS over .750 in our lineup.

With the way we've been hitting, I wouldn't be surprised if Seitzer was watching the PGA Championship or Young Sheldon or some shite on the ipad.

Funny you bring Seitzer up. Maybe we need to can his arse. You can't fire any of the non hitters, can we?

The Braves have told AJSS and Waldrep to mostly shelve their best pitches this season (Waldrep's splitter, for example) to make them focus on developing their other pitches. That's a big reason why AJSS is getting rocked. The team thinks too highly of him to put him on the Gwinnett shuttle that killed a lot of past pitching prospects.

Sad that Elder escaping that bases loaded mess won't matter because San Diego already has enough runs to win.

Why do teams always get cute with pitchers trying to develop new pitches?

Because stats in minor leagues don't matter.

Aight, turning this one off.

We are mediocre-to-bad baseball team right now.

Winning MVP was the worst thing to ever happen to Acuna. He is a complete joke right now.

Acuna drops a pop fly

Kelnic makes a helluva catch.

The difference in will, the want and attitude is glaring. Short is another one who is willing to put everything out there trying to make the team. Nothing is guaranteed to either of those two, and they are giving what they have to give. I don’t believe that Acuna is, and it’s sad.
