It’s got to be one of the biggest sports accomplishments ever. And underrated. Dude lost his desire to play, sat out a couple seasons and came back to dominate.
Never losing a finals and doing it the way he did was simply amazing.

I mean a 29 year old best player of all time "retiring" in the peak of his prime, continuing to play professional sports and remain in shape, and coming back a year and a half later at 31 and still being elite is not super surprising or all that impressive.

There are guys who tear their knee/achilles and don't play for a year and a half because they physically can't move and come back and be superstars. I mean Kevin Durant did exactly that at that age and came back to average 27/7/6 on 54/45/88 a year after a torn achilles.

So if Mahomes “retires” this year for 14 months and comes back will it be so super awesome?

also coming out of retirement, he never missed a regular season game. 82 games played each season during the 3peat.

And now we know Lebron has been juicing for the last 15 years so the argument for him is over.

Lebron plays grab arse with his enemies. Jordan destroyed them. Jordan played in a time when they hated each other. Nowadays they have man crushes on one another.
