for "I just turn it on when I want to but im kinda lazy and dont want to do it all the time?" James harden in his prime had this in him a little bit. Nobody ever mentions Tatum with SGA or Antman but when Tatum elects to be serious he is just a sensational Basketball player.

People forget he recently turned 26. He’s not in his prime.

LeBron was inconsistent for years before he hit his late 20s.

Unfortunately, there's a lot worse.

Curious though, OP ... are you JC by any chance? You remind me of him a lot. He was a good kid though and a hell of an LSU fan as well.

5 straight all-star selections and top 6 in MVP voting 3 years in a row. He scored 30ppg last year and you don't he's hit his prime yet?

Heard a guy on radio today say Tatum doesn't like it when things get physical.

That’s it right there, he doesn’t wanna stick his nose in the rough stuff and that’s ok, other players have gotten by playing that way but his problem is when he starts getting bumped it doesn’t just effect his scoring it effects his decision making. IMO Boston has him initiating too much. They should cut that down and play him off ball more. That alone could cure some of his issues.

no tatum is not

he's a very good player, but has to lead his team to a title, before he even sniffs a great player label.

They should have beaten Cleveland in 2018 and GSW a few years ago but that’s why Lebron and Steph are the legends and not Tatum

But maybe it happens this year?
