As successful as his first stint
Offense and rules have changed the game
I don’t know if harbaugh style offense gonna play this go round

On the one hand yes, on the other hand I think he's playing how his team is molded. They don't really have any great wrs. I say that and the TE goes for like 40. But still they aren't a great team for passing but they can try and make you quit. McCarthy is also like a high level game manager, he wins but he isn't really the reason behind the win for the most part.

IF he goes to the Chargers I imagine it would be a bit different with Justin Herbert running it than JJ McCarthy.

Nicolastiger and SaturnCube both starting threads questioning Harbaugh's coaching.
Venture over to the tiger rant and ask them who two of the dumbest posters on that forum are.

It's changed even more so in college, so how is he successful here?

Umm no. Harbaugh’s strength is that he builds offenses around his personal. Whether it’s Kap, JJ etc. the consistent aspect is the power run game. Not to mention he’s a culture builder and builds winners. There’s a reason 5+ NFL teams are going to put him at the top of their list.

Defenses still win games in the NFL. And SF's defenses were salty during his tenure.

He’s been successful in the NFL and college. He’ll be fine, he’s a great coach.

Harbaugh has never had a QB at the level of Herbert is right now outside of a couple years at Stanford with Luck, Who was surrounded by nowhere near the personell needed to win big in CFB.
Harbaugh has gone to the NFC title or SB with Colin Kapernick and Alex Smith.
He will have the Chargers knocking deep in the playoffs by year 2.
He is an elite program l/team builder and coach. He also never had the personell stability and level as John has had in Baltimore.
