Hypothetical rule change for baseball

How about this pop fly rule. Any base runners during a pop fly can try to pants any defensive player while the ball is in the air. Any defensive player who gets pantsed before the ball is either caught or hits the ground has to be taken off the field for the rest of that half-inning and can’t be replaced. Tag up rules to advance still apply.

What if the two leagues didn’t play against each other until the World Series? That would be awesome.

I’d like full contact. Throw the ball at runners to get them out too. Head shots count as a double play

How about the pitcher doesn't bat and a non fielder takes his turn at the plate?

And they throw underhand and have four outfielders.
