Dort has now shut down KI in the NO series and Luka in game 1. He really is lockdown player.
For Luka, it’s only the 3rd playoff game of his career in which he scores fewer than 20 points. Last time it happened — 2021.

After that timeout, the Thunder closed out the game 51-30.

In the last 5 games against OKC and Dort before the playoffs when he was healthy Luka was averaging 35/11/11.
Dort did not shut down Luka. It's painfully obvious the sprained knee Luka is playing on has ruined his jumper and has severely limited his ability to make cuts. He has shot like crap ever since it happened in game 3 vs LAC and could barely even jump for rebounds last night.

That seems like excuses. He started and played. If on the floor you are ready. Dort is a great defender and does this to a lot of other teams big stars.
If he’s hurt he should be in the bench. And if he’s playing hurt he’s only hurting his team. Selfish if he’s that hurt. But many a player has played hurt and done well. MJ played with the flu and hit game winner.

Already a challenge. Refs gifted Doncic a 3 point foul and Dort never touched him. Early to use challenge but clearly he’ll win it. Was air ball

Ref review is totally incompetent. Flat out gifted and not overruled.

Dallas up 26-23 after 1. As bad as OK has played they must be happy.
Luka is unwatchable, complains all game long. He has 6 points on 1 2pt FG and 4-5FTs. Considering the bad foul call that gifted him 3 made FTs its a tie game.
OKC has not played Hayward yet so thats good to see. Just need go keep Giddy on bench

They gave Luka 3 FTs for this lol. Dort came from right to left (as looking at pic) and never touched him. Luka then flailed his leg way out and that was the called on Dort.
