God forbid we have a 3-day-old DAT on the first page of the More Sports board. Otherwise, we couldn’t have a season-long NASCAR thread or 2 Cubs-Braves threads or a WNBA underwear sponsor thread.
On the other hand, maybe it will keep some of the riff raff out of the discussion for a bit.

I love Julia but she is not great at play by play
To be fair, I imagine it takes years of practice to sound like a natural. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to throw her out there

An MLB telecast is not the place to practice PBP reps. You should have mastered the craft to get that privilege.

I don't think she's doing bad. Although you can tell she's not used to reading balls from the view of the press box. She's had a couple "driven" calls that were easy Flyballs. She just acknowledged how difficult that part is.

No. But I like her a million times more than I like Bagwell. At least she gets excited and isn’t a drone. She’s having fun and I’m with HER!!!
