You’re trying to have it both ways before the game even starts

No I’m not. I’m literally doing the exact opposite

I’m saying I agree with the coaches call to start loup regardless of outcome. That’s the exact opposite of trying to have it both ways

Trying to have it both ways would be saying I agree with the coach only if Catholic wins

also some scattered rain around area that would potentially lose Schmidt to a rain delay
no chance of rain sat

of course he will be second guessed if they do stumble but CHS is clearly a better team then Acadiana
probably figures if we can't beat Acadiana with Loup, odds are we weren't gonna beat Rummel or Curtis with Loup

if it is close then you still might have to use Schmidt in relief

Stovall is not a bad comp

Acadiana swinging at EVERYTHING against Loup

Their first two batting appearances lasted maybe 2 minutes combined

Loup is a strike thrower. He’s deceiving with his stuff as it gets in you before you realize it.

1-0 Curtis.. Top 3rd..

Curtis runner should've been out but Rummel's catcher mishandled the one hop throw from left.

Rummel's bats are cold.

2-0 Catholic bottom of 3rd

Ump has a real real tight zone on both pitchers. Acadiana hasn’t really used it and has been swinging at first pitch everything

Loup with around 25 pitches through 3

Acadiana pitcher goes walk-walk-HBP-HBP

3-0 Catholic with bases still loaded. Acadiana changing pitchers

1-0 Curtis Top 4th...

Rummel's bats need to wake up...

Curtis pitcher has 35 pitches, Rummel keeps jumping on the first pitch hitting a bunch of fly outs.
