Dudes been doing that since he was on 80s. I grew up racing all the same classes as him and every nationals he pulled some type of bs. Watched his dad get his arse kicked at the mini os one year from breaking another kids leg.

I watched it multiple times. Barcia was guarding the inside from freeze or Oldenburg ( not sure which ). Granted he came in way to hot but if Jett rails the corner that doesn’t happen. I Don’t want argue with you and take up for barcia because I’ve never liked the guy but that wasn’t on him

I’m not going to defend Barcia because he has earned his criticism and reputation, but Jett has to know better than to turn down and exit the entrance of a 180 turn on the first lap. It’s a mad house and guys are railing 180 turns. You can make that move on lap 2-3 after things have spread out but you can’t do it early in the first lap.
Barcia had Frieze on his inside and he had to guard that. Barcia was hard on the brakes when he hit Jett. If Jett runs the outside, there is no way contact is made.

Yea, he could have easily took JL out for the season. Which would suck.
That was just a stupid thing for him to do. His angle was bad. Not even sure what he was planning there. If he didn’t hit Jet, he would have hit someone else.

I heard today that Jeff Ward has a brain tumor. That’s a bummer. Dude was a hero of mine and the reason I got into watching open wheel racing. If they name his tumor Rick Johnson, I am sure he will kick its arse.

I’ll be happy with RJ or Levi winning. I’ve become a fan of Vialle throughout the year. Was hoping for McAdoo to grab the championship but that’s gone now.
Hope Anderson steals a win tomorrow night.

Frenchy did it but I thought for a minute he was gonna play it too safe and cost him.
Damn happy for RJ. I was happy with either him or RJ, so I was fine either way. Bummed for Mitch.
Nothing to really say about Jett. Kid had a great rookie year and can’t officially call him a kid anymore.
Proud to see Sexton and Anderson catch fire at the end of the year. Really happy to see J Coop get that second.
Thoughts about the schedule going forward with this sport. I think they need to go way from the 17-11-3 format and go to 13-13-4. One less race for more rest time. Extra playoff round. Maybe bring back the orphan national so an outdoor round can happen in the south. Monster Mountain deserves a national.
