Why did MIC drop 90% at the end of the day Oct 7th?

I'm not familiar with the stock, but saw it pop up as being up 9% this morning. I can't find any news explaining the plunge from $40 to $3.60. The only articles I can find are positive on the stock.

Thanks, wasn't sure if all the news outlets missed some type of government raid on the offices or what.
