Small IRA. What does money talk say to invest in?

I had a small pension amount (couple thousand) that i took and put into an IRA. If you had a few hundred dollars to throw on something, what would you put it on? Just looking to play around and have fun with this.

Loaded question...
This will usually boil down to two things..
If you dont need the money and are looking to gamble, then go ahead and buy yourself some lottery tickets. Much simpler approach, and the payout is immediate.
If you are wanting to invest, the general rule is start with broad index funds. But since we dont know your entire picture. This would be the advice I would offer.

If you are wanting to have fun, just open a general brokerage account. Deposit the few hundred. Pick some of your favorite companies to follow and read up on. Prepare to lose the money you invest

Good lord, what do you do with your regular money to invest? What’s so fun about losing money? Just put in something safe or on a company you like and watch it grow.
