Great article and states pretty much how things have played out.

I bet you are okay with people rotting in jail for walking around the inside of the Capital or for just being in DC
Hell, yeah, I believe the people who broke into and trashed the Capitol to try to keep their loser Orange Messiah in power deserve to be in prison and I hope he joins them soon- but why are you changing the subject?

You and the other groomer in this thread
I'm a "groomer"? So, somehow, you make the leap from me calling out hypocrisy in all the sycophants in this thread to deducting that means I must be grooming children for sexual exploitation? That's quite a stretch, even for conservatives' wingnut logic...

quote:Your mischaracterization of what happened makes things worse. CKM dis not disapprove of her sexuality or abandon her because of it. It just perpetuates the lies about her.
It means approve of her sexuality, conduct, and come to her defense because of that.

Even when trying to appear balanced by criticizing her, he gets it wrong.
quote:If you look at the press conference, she was acting coy when they asked her about the article, not pretending to not know it was published. She followed up with responding directly to the question.
Some of it she brings on herself. She says, does and wears things that shock and offend. She frames things to suit her purposes, including her claim following Saturday’s game that she didn’t know the Post story had been published despite being asked about it before the game.

There are some things worth being posted twice.
I didn't get the impact of the "Dirty Debutantes" moniker until I did what Mulky suggested. I googled the term, and I almost wished I hadn't. F**k that POS writer. The fact Mulky nailed him for the reference, and by doing it, forced an LATimes retraction, is a credit to her.
The fact Mulky got another journalist to take up the sexist absurdity, against the current of the WaPo and LATimes pieces, is fantastic. Prior to her Post-UCLA Presser, the media was universally assaulting her for threatening to sue the WaPo.
After considering Mulky's statement, a national journalist actually called out the overt bias, chauvinism, and mindless absurdity polluting today's PPP (Progressive's Propaganda Press). Perhaps, just perhaps, this will be an "Emperor Has No-Clothes" illuminating moment for the press corps, as well as its consumers.
Regardless, the USAToday article is thoughtful and speaks to truth. Those are qualities so rare in today's media that they deserve to be posted and reposted. Of course, they also happen to address LSU, its students, community, and coaches.
