Strength & Conditioning coach is the reason we play 4 full quarters like last night

Moffitt workouts easily make us lose this game in the 4th quarter if he's still here. Out of all the coaches CBK brought in, Coach Flint might be the most impactful we've had for the future of this team. Praying we keep him as long as we can

I think it’s Kelly as much as Flint. He is holding them accountable to what they are doing.

Solid hire for sure

It’s everything CBK is doing and has put in place. Every part of the program complements every other part. Everyone working together towards a common goal, and communicating on what each part of the program needs to get there.
I know the term alignment gets thrown around a lot, but if S&C, nutrition, the tutors/academic advisors, support staff, coaches and players aren’t all on the same page and bought in, none of this is possible.
It’s a testament to what CBK is doing. He can do all the goofy dances and fake accents he wants, if these are the results we get.

Our D was as tired as it has gotten all season in the fourth & OT.
But notice how hard Gump had to work to get into the end zone in OT - then look how long it took the Good Guys.
Going for two was such a great call! They didn't know what hit them on the TD and were off balance.
Attaboy, CBK!

Pretty sure most of the linemen on both sides of the ball stayed in most of the game.

Especially the linemen. Big reason why freshmen usually don't start right away in the SEC is because of the strength and size portion. Flint very much making an impact on the line.

Way more to do with BK than Moffit or Flint.

Regardless of the root cause, the difference in fitness, strength and endurance has been startling. Moffit and the prior staff should be embarrassed.

Moffit had been here too long. Got fat and happy. That was a long needed purge after O was fired.

Strength and conditioning coach is the reason Bama is on the decline and Georgia is building the next dynasty!

I don't want to shite on Moffitt because he was great for us for a long time and was the S+C for multiple championship runs. Will always love him for his contributions here. But it's crystal clear that replacing him with Flint was a move that needed to be done. Excited for how these teams under him will look going forward
