let’s say we take 2 each against Bama and Ole Miss

We Finish 13-17 in SEC play with a 36-20 overall record.

Bama would need to sweep Auburn to finish 14-16

Ole Miss would need to Sweep A&M to finish 13-17 but that seems unlikely. we win that series and I think they finish 11-19 or 10-20.

Vandy has 11 SEC wins and is facing Uk and UT. I think they are more likely to go 1-5 than 3-3 in those games. but they could finish 13-17 or 12-18

UF has UK and UGA. again I think 2-4 or 1-5 is more likely than 3-3. so they could finish 12-18 or 11-19. 13-17 would be a great outcome for them.

we could finish as high as 8th in the conference 4th in the west.

since 2018 the SEC has been getting 9-10 teams in. So if we in the next 2 series i really like our chances.

USF really could have helped us by beating Florida last night.

Florida and LSU have the same amount of series wins. Florida won their first three and haven't won one since. LSU has won their last three.

But Florida is at risk of finishing under .500 overall and disqualifying themselves from the tournament.

ETA: If we win the next two series, and Tennesse and Kentucky can hold up their end of the bargain and win their series against Vandy, we would have more SEC series wins than Vandy.

We have put ourselves in the unfortunate position of pulling for Nick Mingeone. My day is now worse for that realization.

If LSU is 13-17 going into the SEC tournament then I would say they would have to win at least 2 games in the tournament to get in the 64.

If LSU goes 4-2 in the last 6 and wins the last two series, we're 100% in. It won't matter what happens in Hoover. That would be LSU winning it's last 5 series.

I dint think so. unless one of the other SEC bubble teams goes on a tear.

Especially if Vandy, UF and Ole Miss finish with 12 or less conference wins.
