I went when Iowa State played there a couple years back and their fans were awesome. The only negative is that when someone offered us moonshine it was that ole smokey crap. I wanted real shite, not stuff I can buy in any liquor store anywhere.
The whole stadium singing take me home, country road after the game was electric. Gave me chills.
I haven't been to any LSU road games actually, but in the big 12, Baylor fans in 2015 were the worst. It was very enjoyable to go back in 2017 and get payback.
On the other end, OU fans were incredible when we beat them in Norman in 2017. We had an RV and sooner fans kept coming up all night the night before and the next day after the game. Very nice and congratulatory.

Everyone: West Virginia by far
In the SEC: I’ve been to a half dozen games in Gainesville and I’ve been the only a-hole. Haven’t experienced what many of you have. I have to go aTm.

I went to. Florida vs LSU game. The one we won with the long fg at the end a few tears back. Was surprised it was not louder Been to a few tenn games back in their heyday. Would say that was louder than uf. Fans were all nice to me at bith venues.

Honorable mention: A&M. Fans are just fuking weird. The Corps Of Cadets is also a little odd being that they act as if they have a military association and they don't. 60% or more of the Cadets graduate and never serve a day in the Military. There no military obligation at all for being a cadet. It is just odd.

I’ve been to most and Florida was BY FAR the worst in the stadium. We ended up around UF students both times I’ve been. No school should ever do that.
Outside the stadium, I’ve had worse experiences at Ole Miss in the past. I had a woman curse me and some other people in the band after giving her car a push so she could get it started. Right before we pushed her off, she asked who we were and her demeanor changed. She cursed us while driving away. That’s just one example, but it’s been a while. Maybe they know their place better these days.

I wasn’t able to make the trip up there, but didn’t some LSU fans get assaulted in their car after the game?
By and large, I’d say Florida fans are the most consistently rude and mean, plus their city is an absolute shite hole of a place. As far as a one-time experience, Kentucky fans were incredibly hostile after beating us in 2007 in Lexington.

Florida puts the largest concentration of visiting fans right next to their student section. They’ve been doing it for years.

I guess they run hot and cold. I went up there in 95 to watch one of the worst games ever. Their weak arse fans around us left their Homecoming game at half to get seats for Midnight Madness at Rupp. A fricking practice. I was not impressed.
Then a terrible UK team came back and beat us and the few fans that were left taunted us like the lightweights they were.
