LSU Women's Lacrosse Club Roster Released

The LSU WLAX Club Team dropped their roster today. A full roster but no one from in state.

Who in the state has a girls lax team?

Based on hometowns I’m guessing they’ll be very competitive in a club league. The men’s roster looks nothing like that I’m guessing.

Byrd & Caddo (I think they still do) up in SHV.
Central (BR) just got 1 started.
I think there still a summer club team on the Northshore & that's about it that I know of.

Looks like the concentration of NE players is higher than when I was in school. I’m sure the development in HS is way better in LA ten years later though.

After LSU won the 2003 & 2007 Nattys the amount of players from the NE for the mlax team started to steadily increase.
When I was coaching them from 2013-2015 we had about 75% of the team from out of state.

They play both. Field Hockey is a fall sport and lacrosse is a spring sport.
