Beth is a lovely person, she is well liked, has a family oriented environment but the DNA of her teams and how she runs a program isn't going to change, this is kinda what she is. Just from simple observation over multiple years watching nearly all games on TV/in person (not what goes on behind the scenes), there doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency to make the changes we need to better the program. I just think Beth doesn't have the answer right now to how to fix these things.
Ever since Walljasper/Hoover graduated, the quality has slowly gone down. I'm not one to scream for anyone to be fired because we dont make OKC every year but the fact that the regression has been going on for nearly 5-6 years and will be even worse next year is a problem. TX and OU joining only makes this all more difficult in the long run.
Its sad to see, there is some legit talent on this roster but its not adding up. We have all the resources in the world to be competitive with the facilities and financial support but we seem kinda stuck in place

Bama's tailspin is worse than ours. Expect a pitcher's duel between Berzon and Beavers though both team's fielding could change that.

Normally that would be a great response however since you are obviously dumb on how the recruiting process works let me explain. Think of travel ball coaches as handlers similar to a football portal kid handler, they have tremendous influence on a kid on where she may go or not. For example they may say that program is in decline and the coach may get fired if they don’t win this yr… that’s all it takes with most kids.

Bama has had lots of cracks recently but fouts covered up a lot of it, but with her gone now it’s more obvious. Rumors around Murphy may retire/step away soon

This staff, including the head coach have failed miserably. This might actually be the oldest team in the history of college softball and she still can't win! Recruiting is horrible, and don't respond by saying their recruiting class is always ranked high. Anyone in the know realizes she doesn't get the premier athletes. She kept LL around because she was. A arse kissed that BT loved....plus she was dating BT nanny. HD hasn't won anywhere he has been. Clean house now, before this place becomes Ole Miss
