LSU finishes #6 at 10-3, same bowl and rank as if we'd beaten A&M and gone 11-2.

It's like the A&M 7OT loss where the nation thought we won the game 3 times never even happened.

Second highest ranked SEC team after Alabama.

That's some respect from the national media. Just wanted to note something good for a change.

I thought we had a shot at the sugar bowl if we beat A&M

I kind of thought that Georgia was getting in that no matter what. Maybe I'm wrong.

I think with UGA playing Bama so close they still end up in Sugar if we beat A&M.

That game should forever feature an asterisk.

We did...and a higher end of season ranking.

We should all feel let down by losing the A&M game...no point in fluffing.

Assuming Lawrence and Fulton come back and we have no major injuries, no more than 1 regular season loss next year should be acceptable to anyone here.

That’s a #6 ranking in the AP.

Many in the AP have expressed their thought that LSU did beat aTm on a couple of instances in that game and aren’t considering it a loss.

I think on ranking actually said they didn’t count that game.

With the amount of shite the aggots are talking these days, I can only hope we beat them down similar to last night.

The Sugar takes the highest ranked SEC team not in the playoffs. The thought was that a 10-2 LSU would be ranked higher than an 11-2 Georgia. That would place LSU into the Sugar.

Looking at how 10-3 LSU is ranked higher than 11-3 Georgia, it's not a unlikely scenario.

Would 11-2 LSU, with a win over Texas, be ranked ahead of Notre Dame?

We gained extra credit for all the marquee matchups this year.

What a tragedy. Even the voters know we got robbed, yet the result stands.

While it is always better to win, there is some satisfaction in having the Aggies finally beat us, needing assistance from the refs and 7 overtimes, and the entire college football world essentially calls bullshite and refuses to consider their win a win. So they crow even louder about the game, which is just sort of sad. They are clinging to that win, and its not just LSU fans who have essentially decided that it didn't count.

That's funny. Keep it up, it will only make them angrier.

No less than 11 regular seasons wins is acceptable to me next season. If continuing to lose to teams with less talent than us is acceptable to you, that's okay. I hope Tiger Nation is made up of less of your types, in that case.
