I don't guess our coach even thought about bunting our no hitting catcher to move the runner into scoring position, to possibly tie the game . Just let him
pop up again on a first pitch swing. We just play stupid baseball these days.

Dunno why you guys work yourself up over this shite. Our winning formula is to have an alltime great roster with accomplished vets up and down the order and a historically great pitcher to be a competitive team. Other than that we have no chance and since we don’t have that this year we have no chance. Thinking that we’re going to out execute or out think other teams is a fantasy. We have one way to win games.

Sadly, I think you are correct, and that pretty much is true in all our major sports.

We sweep this weekend with just average catching behind the plate. We’d be sitting pretty at 12-15 in the SEC if we could make a throw to first Friday night and we don’t give up a passed ball early today that ultimately allows 2 runs to score by taking away the double play.

No you don’t, people like you hate the truth. Just stay wrapped up in your warm little blanket of insecurity and being a wanna be program.

Sadly your comment seems right. LSU can’t ever seem to succeed in any sport if they dont have a team full of experienced elite players. And even then it’s still a struggle.

You could say the same about literally any university out there…do y’all think championships are won by teams without elite upperclassmen?

Winning requires good players, and experience usually helps too.

Do some of yall even watch games that don’t involve LSU?
