Lmao what’s actually SOFT is looking at everything through purple and gold glasses and going “we LSU we should be in” instead of taking a step back and being a realist

Okay, realist, who are the 16 teams behind LSU in RPI that will get at-large bids over them?

One of the biggest metrics the committee uses is "how have you played lately." LSU is far and away better than the other 13 win SEC teams.
or could it be the flip between scheduling for UF and LSU? You can’t say that when teams played the opposite schedule. UF did beat UGA this past weekend which helps them.
Vandy is not playing great but again it is the competition too for the most part with them.

UF got swept by Mizzou. That itself should put them behind everybody. UF has been garbage all year not just the end

That’s right they want the hottest teams, eyeballs, and the reigning national champs- LSU meets the criteria. If they beat Georgia Tuesday morning it’s 100

LSU lost every series they played against the other 13-17 teams. LSU lost their series against Florida, Vanderbilt, and Alabama. We didn’t play South Carolina. LSU’s hot streak to finish the year was largely fueled by playing Missouri, Auburn and Ole Miss; the three worst teams in the SEC. Three of the four series LSU won this season were against those three teams.

And all 3 of them are probably better than half the field

And yet, we have better wins than Florida.

They want lsu in the tournament. If they are anywhere near the bubble they are in. Simple

I think you are right. It seems like a bad look for the SEC and College Baseball if three consecutive champs miss the regionals the following year.

We don’t have to beat the other 11 SEC teams.

There's so many people who would just rather live in denial than address tough situations.

LSU is certainly a bubble team. It won't be crazy if we find ourselves out.

They also had thr #1 SOS. Context.

As I’ve stated before, SCe is the best bet on teams to pass. Lose to UGA Tuesday and it is over

You still haven’t come up with your list of the 15 teams behind LSU in the RPI that would get at-large bids ahead of them. Certainly with you so sure of yourself, you must have done the research.

Have you actually taken the time to consider what teams would have to be given bids instead of LSU? I’m not saying it’s a lock, but it would take some pretty contorted logic on the committee’s part or a massive amount of upset auto bid winners for LSU to be out.

We get great matchups too! If we upset UGA, and get UK, those two wins put us in without question. If we win SEC Tourney, we hosting
