Send in a goon to charge the mound after the first pitch of the series. Assert dominance and set the tone.

I agree with most except I’d like to see us not throw Herring in 1st two games if possible and start him Game 3
Jump/Holman/Griff is tight.

Btw I know nothing

Depends on how the game is going. If we get a 4+ run lead I would use our middle of the pack bullpen arms and try to keep Herring and Little from being used up as much as possible for Sunday.
No way with this. You play your best to win the game. We don't have room to get cute, and we don't have the bullpen to win a game 3. We've won only one all season.

You get game one, and if/when you get the lead in game 2, you then use the best available arms to close it out. Deal with game 3 as best you can, but if it's a series win you can afford to get wiped.

The postseason is set that way, too. In a regional, you go win game 1 and game 2, possibly get beat game 3, then face off against a midweek guy in game 4. In the super, you close out in 2.
Omaha is a rinse and repeat of the above, regional strategy first week, supers for the finals.

I'm starting Kling all 3 games. His defense is too important and his bat was coming around.

Agree with your other points

Aint no way im starting Kling and letting him bat. No freakin way. Hes a 8th or 9th inning defensive replacement guy or a pinch runner. No fawkin way hes stepping in the batters box
