Out on a limb there. Just every mock draft out there has all 3 of our top guys going in the first.

Assuming you are referring to LSU football players, it is likely JD5, Nabers, BTJ all go in the 1st round. No one else is looking likely pre-combine.

I've seen Brian Thomas going to the Bills and Chiefs in the 1st. Either of those would be awesome for him.

I can’t believe we don’t have a single defensive player even sniff the first 2 rounds.

3 LSU players in the first round and if interested in LSU players only, you can skip the 2nd day of the NFL draft.

Harold Perkins should be a top 5 pick in 2025

Not a snowball's chance. He might be a 1st round pick but he is going to have to get stronger. Obviously, his speed is great but clearly by his missed tackles and also his lack of a pass rush when blocked, he simply isn't as strong as he needs to be.

Yeah I'm sure you probably said the same thing about JD5 around this time last year.

I sure didn't have him winning the Heisman but then again, no one else had him in the running either. But here is the difference you ignored. No one on the LSU team remotely worked as hard to improve himself as Daniels. He showed up early in the AM to work on his craft, ran VR simulations against defensive sets at faster than realtime speed, went to that good QB camp in California, worked a lot with the WRers in non-team sponsored practice times, etc. I have seen 0 indication that Perkins has hit the weight room. He appears to be no stronger as a SO as he was as a FR.

Daniels worked his arse off to make himself a very high first round pick. As of now, I see no indication that Perkins is working that hard off the field to achieve the same goal. As of the end of the season, he simply isn't a dominant player when the other team assigns a player to block him. You aren't a first round pick simply being an unblocked disruptor.
