Most of the coaches pay is not from the school. TAF pays the majority of our coaches salaries and that part doesn't count towards the state retirement

He also needs 25 years to retire in Mississippi, he will get a partial retirement at 65 at around 46 percent if he retired now

He is still pretty young. There is a lot left in that tank. OM would be nuts to ask him to leave.

He has 1 more year then retires and becomes a local figure head that is still involved like Skip. Wouldn't be surprised if they hire him in some alumni/booster relations capacity like Spurrier at Florida.

He delivered a national championship to Ole Miss. He is minted in Oxford.
