Braswell has been quietly getting better as an all around shortstop. He’s no all star yet, or such, but his all around play has been solid so far.

He certainly makes more solid throws across the diamond than JT did

He’s a pretty average shortstop defensively. He’s serviceable but he’s never going to be an all star defensively

No he hasn’t. He struggled early on at the plate and had a couple errors in the field . Many people on this forum were down on him. I’m glad Johnson stuck with him.

I’m not saying he’s bad. He struggle with some throws early but he’s fixed that lately. He’s just limited, he doesn’t have great range or a great arm.
