Is he related to Bryson Ware? His twitter (if the right one) is incredibly pro Auburn. However, those posts were all from the spring during season.

Keep an eye out on JUCO RHP Conner Ware from Pearl River. Seems like we might be close on him.

Add him to the list of guys with Christiansen, Schmidt, and Ricken that could pop soon.

Who is the player that Jay referred to as committing soon who's a difference maker?

I’ll add him to the list tomorrow. Glad to know I’m still decent at reading tea leaves.

BOOM!!!

Junior college LHP Connor Ware has committed to #LSU??

The 6’4 lefty will certainly be at risk to go the professional route and not make it campus but a big commitment for Jay Johnson and staff??

I've added Ware to the commit list. I don't think we're done with JUCO additions, or the 2024 class in general. We've added 3 players to the class recently, but two of them are considerable draft risks and the other is at least somewhat of a risk. That means we still have plenty of room on the roster for next season. We have a ton of draftable talent currently on the roster and a very top heavy class.

Germantown HS in Madison, MS. Only reason I've heard of it was because of his brother who also went to Pearl River before going to Auburn.

Portal finds by Johnson, pretty amazing what that's done for us.

I’ve been told that Schmitt won’t publicly commit, but is signing with the Tigers in November. Family is well off, dad wants him at LSU. Big time draft risk, but he wants to come here.

Whats any reason to not publicly commit and just quietly sign? Basically be a "surprise" for us if he doesnt go MLB route after draft? I mean once he signs it's public info no?

Looks like we will be hosting a big recruiting weekend for baseball, which is normal for the bigger home football games.

It will probably be impossible to get some kind of visitor list but I would guess we will see the glamour shots pop up on social media next week from commits and targets.
