You think incorrectly. It’s very bad

Zero impact players

That's not what Kelly indicated after spring practice
He's definitely concerned

Can you provide a breakdown of the players and where they fit, then?
Don't just make a claim and not back it up. I'm not saying you're wrong BTW, just challenging your assertion.

Name an impact DT on 2019 roster? None

Rashard Lawrence, Breiden Fehoko, Siaki Ika, and Tyler Shelvin

All of those guys are better than our current DTs. You won’t get very far acting like the 2019 roster sucked. It was stacked with talent, even on defense.

2019 had 4 or 5 guys that would be head and shoulders above anyone we currently have.

You can’t make a chicken salad with chicken shite, and a polished turd is still a turd.

This is the worst DT group we have had since before Saban in the 90’s. Even Brian Kelly said we several transfers after spring practice concluded.

We just had several D-linemen drafted from a bad D-line. The players weren't bad, the coaching/scheme was.

While next year's line won't be as talented or experienced, better coaching and a better Defensive Coordinator will help a lot.

I've wondered why they haven't slid Paris Shand at DT to try him out there? He's pretty big for a DE very close to DT. I know he's tall so they may have a leverage concern with him but he's pretty massive for a DE. Or they could at least push him inside on pass rush situations to see what he can do?

Ok I need you to be clear because it’s not nice to call people retarded……are you saying we did not have any impact DTs on that 2019 squad?

A simple factual statement yet it gets downvotes. Our current DTs must be lurking on the board.

2019 defensive line was very average.

Perhaps if you look at the mean from the entire season, but the talent was there and as soon as they put it all together they were really good at the end of the regular season and postseason.

The talent was there is the key factor and the point. The talent is not there in 2024.

You are correct . These people think they understand but they don’t. We had a top 50 player drafted on our dline that played 22 games that had very little impact due to injuries also playing for 3 different position coaches. Now LSU has 3 seniors a 5 star and two DLmen who committed to sec schools out of high school. I have more than enough faith that Bo Davis can get this group to be efficient this season
